Toothache  is serious dental pain. The  Common causes  include inflammation of the pulp, and usually the response of tooth decay and dental trauma, or other factors.  Proper oral hygiene helps prevent toothaches and to preventing dental diseases. Dental treatment depends on the exact cause, and may involve filling or root canal treatment, and extraction, discharge of pus or other remedial action. If the pain lasts for more than 1 or 2 days, you should visit dentist immediately. 1-Sharp Tooth Pain

Sharp  dental pain is often short, and shows quickly. You can suffer this  when you eat, drink cold or Hot or when you speak. There are many factors that can cause acute dental pain. Suchas  gum infection by breaking your teeth/grinding and clenching teeth while you’re asleep on filling or Crown that was bad install,  cold beverages or foods can allso cause acute dental pain and can be fixed with a visit to the dentist. 2-Dull Tooth Pain

Dull tooth pain is more serious problem. Dull tooth pain often means that nerve damage. It comes from the nerve (or pulp) of the teeth. Hot food and beverages can cause this pain. Dull ache start slowly but then it can last a long time. It can even wake you in the middle of the night. You should go see your dentist immediately . Dentist find the source of pain and gives you better treatment. Dull ache can be a sign of serious injury.
