How To Get Rid Of Oily Skin

Oily skin is the result of excessive production of sebum from the sebaceous glands and these glands is found below the surface of the skin. Sebum oil produces from fat. Sebum is not all bad because it helps to protect and moisturize your skin and keep your hairs shiny and healthy. A lot of sebum, however, may lead to oily skin, which can lead to clogged pores and acne. Oily skin and acne is a challenge to manage. Hormone changes or high levels of stress can also increase sebum production by the fatty body.

 Symptoms:

 Symptoms include oily and shiny appearance or too greasy. Clear pores in the skin that looks thick rough or occasional pimples. Continuation of clogged pores and blackheads.

People with oily skin may have a hard time finding makeup suits for their skin as makeup. Home remedies often reduce symptoms without using prescription drugs or expensive skin care systems. The following treatments for oily skin you can try at home.

1-Wash Your Face

Wash regularly can reduce the amount of oil in the skin. These methods are recommended for washing oily skin.

1- Wash with SOAP and warm water.

2-Avoid soaps with perfumes or lotions because chemicals can irritate or dry the skin, and cause more sebum.

3- Avoid coarse towels because friction may stimulate the skin to make more oil. Although choosing the right facial cleaners may work well.

2-Honey

Honey is one of the most effective dermatological in nature. Full of antibacterial and antiseptic abilities. Honey also a natural humectant, it helps to keep the skin moist but not oily.

Method  To Use:

First, wash your face and spread a thin layer of honey on your face.  Let it dry for 10 minutes and wash well with warm water.

3-Oatmeal

Oatmeal gives relief to inflamed skin and absorbs skin oil. It also helps to exfoliate dead skin. When using as face masks, usually it can be combined with yogurt or honey or fruits like bananas or apples or mashed papaya.

Method To Use:

Combine 1/2 cup oatmeal with hot water to form a paste and Stir in a teaspoon of honey. Massage the mixture oats on your face for about three minutes and wash with warm water and wait to dry.

4-  Aloe Vera

There is good scientific evidence that Aloe Vera helps to cure flaky skin caused by oily stains. Most people like to use Aloe Vera to treat oily skin.

Method To Use:

You can apply a thin layer on your face before bed and leave it on until this morning. Aloe Vera is known to cause the allergic reaction in sensitive skin. If you haven’t used the Aloe Vera before then test a small amount on your sleeve instead of the face directly. If no any reaction shows within 24 to 48 hours then it should be safe to use.
