How To Get Rid Of Back Pain

Back pain is a common cause of absence from work and to seek medical treatment. It can be inconvenient and debilitating. Back pain can affect people in any age and  for various reasons. As people get older, increases the chance of developing lower back pain, due to factors such as previous occupation, and degenerative disc disease. Lower back pain may be associated with bony lumbar spine, disks between the vertebrae, ligaments around the spine and discs and spinal cord, nerves and muscles of the lower back, abdominal and pelvic and internal organs of the skin around the lumbar region. Although, upper back pain may be caused by disorders of the aorta, chest tumors and inflammation in the spine.

Main Causes of Back Pain:

Human back consists of a complex structure of muscles, ligaments and tendons, discs, bones, which work together to support the body and enable us to move.  Problems with any of these parts can lead to serious back pain. In some cases of back pain, the cause is still unclear. Any type of damage can result in strain and need medical treatment urgently.

Strain:

Back pain usually arises from stress or injury. Common causes of back pain are tense muscles or ligaments, muscle tension due to disk injury or damage muscle  fractures or falls activities that could lead to tension or include,  lifting something wrong or lifting very heavy making sudden moves.

Posture and Movement:

Our everyday activities and our poor body posture lead to back pain seriously. Examples are pulling, driving, stand or sit for long period, twisting, pushing, forward stress on neck and using computer or laptop.

Risk Factors of back pain:

The risk factors that increase the chances of back pain are older age, smoking, excess and improper weight lifting, lack of exercise and poor body fitness, sleep disorder, shingles, cancer of spine, infection of spine and pregnancy.

Serious symtoms of back pain:

The main symptoms of back pain is soreness or pain anywhere in the back, and sometimes all the way down the buttocks and legs. Some issues can cause back pain in other parts of the body, depending on the affected nerves. The pain often goes away without treatment, but if it happens with any of the following reason  should see doctor immediately:

Weight loss

Fever inflammation

Swelling in the back

Pain when you lie down

Difficulty urinating

Preventions of back pain:

You can avoid from back pain by improve your physical movement, Do proper light weight exercise daily, lift any weight slightly,  sit and stand smartly and if you are smoker then quit it immediately.

Home remedies for back pain:

1-Massage

Gently massage the tense muscles with oil or ointment which is the most effective ways for relieve pain. One study found that massage therapy combined with conventional treatment effectively reduce the back pain and  improve the functionality of body.

2-Take an epsom Salt bath

Epsom Salt or magnesium sulfate works effectively for muscle pain. Soaking for 20 minutes can help to relieve muscle pain, especially after exercise. The water should  warm when you take Epsom Salt bath. Hot water can cause muscle hypertrophy and cold water can cause muscles to cramp. An additional advantage of Epsom Salt is great for the skin. Epsom salts can exfoliate dead skin cells and soften the skin and reduce itchiness of areas
